The Samsung MediaLive is a HD media streamer that can stream media from over a home network or the Internet. The Internet streaming is limited to certain services such as XM Radio, FOX Sports, MovieLink, or Vongo.

It also brings Vista Media Center to a TV, meaning that if configured correctly the user can pause/record live TV, watch recorded or downloaded media, and watch live HDTV through a computer's HDTV tuner. It supports wireless 802.11a/b/g/n and has an ethernet port. It does however, require a Samsung HDTV that supports CEC automation, which was new to Samsungs 2008 HDTVs. It then mounts on the back of the TV, with the remote commands shuttled through HDMI-CEC. It supports a max output of 1080p.
