Amex Digital MP-501

The Amex Digital MP-501 is a pocket-sized, high-definition media streamer that can accept USB or SD-memory-card content and then transmit it to HDMI, composite and A/V devices. More importantly, the player can handle full 1080p high-definition video content—not to mention a variety of audio, playlist, subtitle, photo, and video file formats.

Also included is a USB-PC interface. Perhaps most startling to critics is the MP-501’s extremely budget-friendly price, especially considering its vast compatibility (listed in the details section). There is one draw-back though: the unit isn’t compatible with DRM content.
